helpful staff decent food unbearably hot room poor customer service

staff were very helpful and friendly and handled all arrangements i needed. breakfast arrangements were decent with a variety of options and delicious food.

room 208 was unbearably hot and sleep was impossible. the hotel general manager promised my wife a room fan but never delivered on this simple promise and customer request.. way too much money was spent for a lack of integrity and poor customer service.

really good stay!!!

great location slope lodge modern amenities

The hotel's location was perfect for skiers. It is right in front of the gondola. there is a lodge right on the slopes with lockers for your skis. That was great!!! the staff was amazing. the rooms were stylish with all the modern amenities.

I found the gym inaccessible. That was a problem. the cleaning service was not optimal and did not change the bathrobes, even when left on the floor. It was sometimes full or reserved for groups.

Location

9/10

the hotel is well-positioned. the main gondola is a few minutes walk away, so that was convenient. it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the town centre.

Facilities

8/10

the hotel features a spa and a heated pool. i also found a fitness center, and the spa stood out with its sauna. the breakfast was very good and offered a great choice of buffet items.
